Accessibility & Amenities
Accessibility is a top priority at the festival. Check out all the amenities and supports that are available for attendees!
Wheelchair-Accessible Venue
Our festival grounds and buildings are fully wheelchair accessible, featuring smooth pathways throughout and multiple access points for all buildings.
Accessible Restrooms
The festival features numerous indoor bathrooms, including ADA-compliant options, that are both gender-neutral and gender-specific.
Universal Changing Table
When community events lack universal changing tables, they exclude older children and adults with self-care needs. We are incorporating a portable changing station to ensure clean and safe restroom access for all. *Provided by Cuyahoga DD*
Table Topics
Are you interested in meeting new people, but nervous about starting conversations? Do you wish you could socialize in a more structured format? Then visit the Firehouse Cafe—which we jokingly refer to as the festival’s 'designated social space'—and find like-minded people to chat with thanks to Table Topics! Each table will be labeled with a particular subject (travel, sports, pop culture, books, etc.), and include a box of corresponding conversation cards if you need an icebreaker. Anyone can join any table at any time; it’s just a way to take the guesswork (and anxiety) out of talking to new people. There will be tables without a theme as well for those who just want to go with the flow! (P.S. The Firehouse Cafe is just a chill environment to hang out and have a coffee, not an actual cafe. Food Trucks will be nearby for anyone who's hungry!)
Interchangeable Communication Stickers
Unexpected conversations in public spaces can cause anxiety for many neurodivergent individuals. To help alleviate this, we offer free sets of three interchangeable communication stickers to all attendees. These wearable stickers allow festival-goers to indicate their communication preferences and can be swapped out throughout the day to match current comfort levels.
